Fusion FM Consulting were commissioned by CBRE to assist them in the consolidation of their existing FM services in their commercial shopping centres. As part of this commission we completed a detailed survey of the sites and produced a comprehensive asset register and carried out a maintenance plan.

- Implementation of the CMMS (computer maintenance management system) MantTest
- Training and monitoring of its use.
Maintenance plan:
Preparation of the preventative maintenance plan and cleanup plan for the facilities of the building, obtaining:
- Updated inventory
- Zoning of the buildings and cleaning procedures for each zone
- Technical sheets of each piece of equipment with the maintenance procedures to be carried out in each one.
