Fusion FM Consulting were commissioned by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council to assist them in the procurement of FM services. As part of the procurement process we completed a detailed survey of the site and produced a comprehensive asset register and maintenance plan. Fusion FM compiled a comprehensive tender document and assisted DLR in the selection of a suitable FM service provider.
Block AA is a 62,968 sq. ft. office and has 84 surface car parking spaces. The office building is located in Cherrywood Business Park, Dublin 18.
Block G2 is a new multi tenanted office block with 130,000 sq. ft. of rentable office space and it is also located in Cherrywood Business Park.
